A day out around Klang

Last Monday, Kuo Chun came over to Klang and it was a spontaneous call to go yamcha at night. So, off we went to have a short meet and drink at Kim Gary's with Timmy and Devina. The usual question that people ask, "What do you have in Klang?" And most of the time my mind or the klang ppl's mind will go blank for a while because seriously there's nothing much we can do here in Klang other than going for the famous Bak Kut Teh. So, we ended up with a typical plan: bak kut teh, movies and Jeth Ice (cafe) to chill. That night itself when we're back home, Devina came out with a brilliant idea -to visit the Crabbie Island (Pulau Ketam). At first, I was like 'hmm, okkay' cos there isnt much thing we can do over there other than delighting ourselves with seafood. But since Kuo Chun was like so excited about it and off we went the next day.


Timmy, famous for being an "overslept king" didnt turn up. lol So it was me, Devina and Kuo Chun that headed to Pulau Ketam. We took a KTM to Port Klang and from there a ferry to the Crab Island. We rented the bicycle just so that we could ride around the island for fun and indeed we had a great time cycling around. Best part was we manage to explore almost every part of the island. Though it was a small island with simplicity everywhere, don't you look down at it. They've got their own police station, Maybank, roadbumps, DVDs renting shops, airconds, stainless steel gates etc. And it's an island above the ground -as in "floating" literally.



We had seafood for lunchie and that's the best part -sweet&sour crab, butter shrimp, chilly mantis prawn, fried sotong, and a vegetable. Seems a lot but we did manage to finish them up XD After those satisfying lunch, we decided to go cycling even further (good exercise after a heavy meal though) before we head back to Klang.



Then, Cendol Klang came up in my mind and off we go. aha We had Cendol and some Rojak and by that time we were seriously damn full but it was good. Next, we head to Jusco Bukit Tinggi to catch a movie. It was all in a perfect timing when we reached just in time to catch the movie, New Moon. Finally, Timmy turned up. lol. Surprisingly, that movie was quite similar to the storyline in the book. I was expecting some short and totally different storyline in that movie. Didnt really fascinate me but it was just good with Edward Cullen and Jacob in it aha

After movies, we finally head for Klang's famous Bak Kut Teh. Yea, I wasn't really fond about it but I don't mind bringing people to savour it. aha Seriously, by the time we finished the meal, we were extremely full -imagine all the food we had throughout the day. lol


So, that was all okay until Devina suggested on going to the fun fair right opposite the restaurant. Initially, we just wanted to sit the ferris wheel but it was on maintenance when we went. So, we head for bumper cars first. God knows how vigorous that can be. I felt all nausea after all those hard bumping though it was merely 2,3 minutes I think. Imagine car bumping that cause me to fly from my own seat to the next seat beside me. fuhh.


Then, somebody came out with a "brilliant" idea to go for the Swing Chairs ride (you know those genting swing chairs. similar) I was doubting if I can stand the spin and all but finally I just went with them. And again God knows how fast that chair spins (3 times faster than those in Genting) man, by the time I got down I seriously feel like vomitting eh. And I can't believe Timmy, Devina and Denson actually continued with another spinning ride. Kuo Chun and I were like nausea-ing lol



So, finally we sat ouselves in that Ferris Wheel and it was a nice ride up to see the whole of Klang though yes, it was just a small lifeless city but who says we can't have fun in Klang huh?!! ahaha Later on, they actually decided to go Jeth Ice for some drink but I decided to call it a night since it was quite late already plus I was all spinning in the head and exhausted from all those vigorous activities. aha Darn was it a great day I had with all of them. Different bunch of people, different bunch of fun. =D

First of, goodbye Michael Jackson. I dun deny I hated his act of bleaching himself white and being a Wacko Jacko; abducting a child or even commiting lewd upon innocent child.. whatever. But he's one good old King of Pop music and yes, he did made a history. His musics shall remain. =)

Secondly, I know I've said this like a thousandth times to almost every1? that TRANSFORMER 2 is a must-watch and a serious worth-watching movie. lol. Though it was kinda long, but i enjoyed it. Josh Duhamel is such a hottie. ahah btw, Duhamel is pronounced as duh-MEL lol. Though he's quite old in age but he doesn't looks like he's even 30 in person, right? aha

yea tht's Josh Duhamel. *grins*

The bigger news was: just as I thought Megan Fox is hot! I just got to know she's shamefully a man~! I'm not sure how true this is but it just makes her not-so-hot.. in a way. aha Anyway, go watch tht movie if you haven't.

friends hangout + movies

met up with my NS frens last Friday at Mid Valley as usual. I've no idea why our usual meet up place would be Kenny Rogers and as always we'll never get to find tht restaurant and somehow lost in the middle. Anyway, yea.. was glad to see them again. Elicia came this time. So much to catch up with them. But the same old thing would be ya noe.. about col, friends, studies, life, col, and yea col again. lol

planned to watch Bedtime Stories but were almost full and we gotta separate totally. so, finally watched Beverley Hills Chi Hua Hua. Yea, its cute with the dogs talking and all but the movie is just ok only. I duno y I always feel I'm wasting my time to watch such show in cinema. I prefer more of actions and more reality kind of show not u noe those stupid animal show or even cartoon. I rmb watching Kungfu Panda in the theatre. haih. really wasting noe. Anyway, thts bout it. den we headed back home. sat KTM back with Elicia and the phobia came back to me. The crowd phobia. u noe tht pickpocket incident tht happen to me.

next day, went out with Fui Teng. Vian working but joined us for lunch. SH working too. Tong, hmm dating I suppose. ahaha Watched Bedtime Stories finally and it was oso jus ok only lar.. wonders why ppl claim it to be extremely nice. After movies, went for a drink at Starbucks and we just sat there and chat like for God knows how many hours.. lol almost 3 hours I think. time passed fast. bumped into many ppl also. aih. jusco bukit raja is such a common place and is never a good place if you plan on doing something secretive like ya noe.. dating? lol cos you'll surely bump into ur fren. ahaha

A week of studyless in skul! How great!
it's just so wrong. trials are so near, yet we played this whole week. lol
10 days left for trials.

watched:

1. Evan Almighty (its something like Noah's ark. just felt the ending is a lil' lame)
2. the simpson Movie (it's good for laugh)
3. Rush Hour 3 (it's also another comedy movie. its funny but their fighting actions not really dat thrilling)
4. High School Musical 2 (I love all their dance moves. yes, its a nice show)
